I use to drive a Yellow cab in New York city in the 1980s, 1990s. Drunk guys passed out on the street was a common occurance especially in Greenwich village late at night. I never ran over one though.

Worst place to lay down on a road surface, China. They all have blind spots in front of their cars. How many kids have we seen sitting on the ground and get run over by some idiot blind Chinese driver!?!  |
