Agreed. She chose to close her eyes while walking in front of potentially drunk drivers. Was she unaware that people drink and drive? Unlikely. Probably just was never taught to look before crossing.

The guy should be charged with DUI and fleeing the scene of an accident, if he was actually drunk. But, the girl could have prevented her own death rather than leaving it up to drunk drivers to decide her fate.
