November 21, 2011, about 15:00 on the Boulevard Kunaev a 17yr old girl was brutally hit by a car. The driver tried to flee the scene but was arrested. A BMW driver followed him. According to the witnesses, behind the wheel of an AUDI 80, was in a drunken police officer.
The girl, after several of the operations has died in hospital. The officer has denied any blame, pointing out that the girl crossed the road in the wrong place.

It's funny people always blame it on the driver but you dont realize pedestrians are fucking stupid, really stupid sometimes.
How hard is is to cross a street? I've seen hundreds of russian videos of people crossing the street just running without looking, what you think cause you run nothings going to get you? Don't they have schools in russia? how retarded are people over there, jesus christ.
