Yes, it is their fault. They should have taken a closer look at where they were walking before crossing a street that busy. They weren't even looking when they got hit. By the way, I froze some shots and I was able to see what I think was his top get knocked off as he bounced off the windshield.  |
. We live in a world where health and safety freaks rule the day and don't let people learn how to look after themselves (thanks to the americans for that ) BUT at that age you'd have thought those 2 would have known better than to cross the road without looking no matter what the circumstances. I even look both ways when crossing the "one way" road just at the back of my place, in the last year alone I've seen 3 cars and several bikes go down it the wrong way !!!
