Drunk Biker Fatally Hits 90 Year Old Man Slowly Crossing the Road
Colombia, Bogota. A motorcyclist was in a state of intoxication and attempted to flee the scene after he hit a 90 year old man, known for being an artist making drawings, that crossed the road in a slow paste. Local residents who witnessed the accident intervened and physically detained the driver until the Bogotá Metropolitan Police arrived to take him into custody. The 90-year-old man was rushed to a nearby medical facility but ldied due to the severity of his injuries. The base sentence for manslaughter (2 to 6 years) can be increased by two-thirds to double if the driver was under the influence (Level 1 or higher). This can lead to prison terms ranging from approximately 2.9 to 9 years and attempting to flee the scene is an aggravating factor that further increases the severity of the sentence. For a first-time DUI offense involving death, the driver's license is typically suspended for 10 years. |

Why did the 90 year old man cross the road? To get to The Other Side (finally).

Only 10 years for killing someone while drunk? No justice. The drunk should have been given a fukkkkken CALENTADA by the mob. |
