I also learned the one of the branches in the PNP have a pretty bitchin' official propoganda music video, that is catchy as hell, but also kind of disturbing. It's like an upbeat island song with beautiful locations with shitty roads, random premature babies receiving aid, loot from drug busts, and dancing. It's just... a lot for the senses. But totally worth it. And honestly made the search the the city worth it.

It took me a while but I'm pretty sure it's Davao Del Sur.

I searched "o del sur" from what I assumed was the white hotel van, tons of cities with that in the name. Then I saw the PNP vehicle, learned what that was and looked up the pics of the fleet vehicles for the national police, they had a familiar looking vehicle and I learned the van was actually an ambulance.

Whata sleuth!!
