It took me a while but I'm pretty sure it's Davao Del Sur. I searched "o del sur" from what I assumed was the white hotel van, tons of cities with that in the name. Then I saw the PNP vehicle, learned what that was and looked up the pics of the fleet vehicles for the national police, they had a familiar looking vehicle and I learned the van was actually an ambulance. |
