It does look like a dummy in the slowed down version sort of. My question is why would someone be driving like that ? Was he having a stroke or something? Seems pretty fake to me.

Its amazing what damage we can survive, a lady was shot 4 times, 2 of them ripped through her brain and she is now 90% recovered.
