Well, the most merciful thing that can be said about traumatic asphyxia (torso area being instantaneous crushed) is that you tend not to live too long therefore you don't suffer - too much. Good gore, especially the broken girl-thing draped over the door like that.

Lol did you never see white dashed lines on a two way road? This road is actually 4 lanes, on the live video you can see on the right, but this portion is under maintenance now, so only "one way" is used.
