I looked the Video frame by frame and i see at 00:06 timemark that the Dead guy was on a bicycle and had his hands on the Motorbike..

He got the speed wobbles. Bikes that are not designed for that speed (not enough rake in the front suspension)

They are also called tank slappers, death wobble, or speed induced oscillation.

Some sport bikes have steering dampeners to eliminate this from the factory, they also sell aftermarket dampeners...

This guy was just on a shitty small bike not designed for that speed and he didn’t know how to handle the issue.
Chances are it was crudely modified and well fucked about with, which did nothing but ruin the handling.

Last time I was in Thailand they had this stupid ‘fashion’ thing about fitting the skinniest tyres they could onto their sports moped type bikes. Fuck knows why.

That's what it looks like to me too. It looks like trouble started for this guy before he's in frame. I don't know what he's holding onto.
