He got the speed wobbles. Bikes that are not designed for that speed (not enough rake in the front suspension)

They are also called tank slappers, death wobble, or speed induced oscillation.

Some sport bikes have steering dampeners to eliminate this from the factory, they also sell aftermarket dampeners...

This guy was just on a shitty small bike not designed for that speed and he didn’t know how to handle the issue.

I had to pause it several times to see he was actually racing someone else. It is hard to tell, but it almost looks like they got made contact with each other right before they got to the person videoing it. On mobile so I can only pause it, and they are going so fast each frame is just a blur. Would be interesting slowed down, but I don't think the quality is good enough to slow down.
