Dominican Republic - Elderly Woman + Her Son Dead After Machete Attack
On the morning of 5th September 2022 in San Francisco of Macoris (Dominican Republic), 88 year old L.M.G.d.N. was murdered. Her son, F.N.G., used a machete to end his mother's life. He also attacked his brother, 62 year old I.N.G. He was taken to the hospital for treatment but succumbed to his injuries. Locals attacked 'F' until the police arrived + took him to the hospital under arrest. He claimed: He went on to say that he was hated within the family unit + that 'I' had 'once poured petrol on him to burn him".                Thank you to Billycafecanal for the newslink. 3 days later, on the 8th, another family tragedy occurred. 73 year old R.M.H.P., the son-in-law of 'L', committed suicide via hanging. His reasons were unknown, but his family stated that he was an alcoholic.

Judging by the ages and personal nature of the crime, I'm guessing the son had daddy issues and decided to kill his parents. Both have defensive wounds but he went to town on the older male.
