Dominican Man Was Forced to Dig His Own Grave, Before Being Shot by Kidnappers
Mexico A man from Monte Plata province, Dominican Republic, was killed by unknown individuals after being held kidnapped for several months in Mexico, a country he had travelled to with the intention of crossing illegally into the United States. The deceased was identified as Daniel C., whose captors demanded the sum of 100,000 dollars — an amount his family was unable to pay for his release. According to information obtained so far, Daniel's captors forced him to dig his own grave. Daniel had formerly worked as a driver for a tour guide company, and moved to Mexico in order to reach the United States, where his mother and siblings live. |
