If the doctor had shot the guys once they were at his window, or once the one reached into his waistband, would that be justifiable self-defense?

Not a good choice for a getaway bike as it cant go past 90 Km/Hr Just for the defense on the bike side ( Not the Jokers ) its a Honda Splendor (99 CC ,4 stroke engine) and yeah it starts in half kick every single time. You can see the Guy at the back is tall and pushed the bike forward to have room to sit. Bike was already moving in its own. |

I have a confession my friends: I only just recently learned what "point blank" means. I used to think it was like "right against the skin"-- but as you know, it means you are so close to the target that the arc of the travelling bullet is straight.
