India. A 25-year-old worker named Danish tragically died after falling into a boiling cauldron of jaggery at a processing plant. He had migrated there from his hometown to earn money and help clear his family's debt.

Danish moved from Mudi village to Maharashtra about 4 months prior to the accident, alongside 15 other workers. He left behind his wife and their two-month-old son. His primary motivation for taking the job was to help his older brother repay a family debt of ₹70,000.

While the plant's massive cauldrons were boiling hot sugarcane syrup, Danish stood at some short distance to the edge of one. He suddenly felt dizzy, lost his balance, and fell backwards straight into the boiling liquid.

His coworkers rushed over and initially tried to pull him out using large cooking ladles. When that failed, other workers risked their own lives to reach in and drag him out onto the floor.

The extreme heat severely burned him, causing his skin to peel off entirely. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but tragically succumbed to his injuries during treatment.

When Danish's body was sent back to his home village, his grieving family initially suspected foul play and protested against the coworkers who had traveled with him.

To clear up the situation, local police showed the family the factory's CCTV security footage, which clearly captured him getting dizzy and falling in by accident. After seeing the footage, the family calmed down, and no official criminal complaints have been filed.

OMG, That guy was brown when he went into the boiling sugar cane and white when he came out. Ten bucks says they just fished his skin and other chunks out of the syrup and then bottled up the rest as special curry flavored Danish syrup with pulp Poor guy. He probably wasn't trained correctly because you shouldn't be that close to an unguarded open boiler. He looked white when he came out of the boiling syrup. I wonder if that was just the fat layer below the skin that was making him look like that.

I’m sure that the work conditions were deplorable. Hot temperatures, overworked, no breaks to eat and drink water. Of course he got dizzy, his body was probably shutting down. So sad, he sounded like a great guy with a big heart to help his brother pay for family debt.
