That's the infuriating part. Many (most?) of those victims are just everyday people trying to survive another day. They are probably just as pissed off at the system as the aggressor here and then, he comes and takes his anger out on them. Take the fight to the rich and powerful decision makers, not everyday people.

That truly is the tragic irony. Targeting the wrong people. We see this in the US frequently. So-called protesters burning and looting their own neighborhoods.
But this maniac was simply destroying and killing people not unlike himself.
