Looks like a hyena going to work on a live kill. I doubt he feels all of that pain immediately since shock is a thing. Shock can even kill you, so the screaming could potentially be just because he knows his life is nearly over.

I’ve had nasty injuries and screamed like a banshee because of the shock of the injury, not because of any pain I felt. The screaming was simply a natural reaction to the physical trauma.

I can think of some things I'd be willing and able to do this to another person for. Things involving hurting children come to mind.

I'd strap them down to a gurney though with mirrors on the ceiling and their empty abdominal cavity spread open for them to see for the next several hours and their pile of not immediately vital discarded entrails at eye level. Keep them loaded up with fluids and meds and bloot clotting agents.

But isn't dying from cyanide also pretty painful and generally shit. I mean, I don't know a whole bunch about it, but it's not like a "lights out" pill. Unless it's really fast, in which case I suppose it could be an option?
