The guy never should have thrown a punch. He was asking for someone to put him in his place, ESPECIALLY if he has a history of harassment and violence towards this other guy. I’d shoot him too if he attacked me. Of course, I don’t live in Costa Rica either…  |

Yes, but there is a long history of harassment on the part of the victim towards the shooter… Also, we don’t know what happened before they ended up by the truck. They could have followed the couple over there.  |
