Disabled Indian Man Shoots a Woman
Disabled man, most likely in his 40s, shot twice at the woman who tried to escape but was gunned down. Everything was captured on camera by an onlooker but no one helped. Accused under arrest. Claims there was a property dispute with the woman, he shot at and killed. |
