Crashing Car Hit and Kills Elderly Popsicle Vendor
The Military Police and the Fire Department were called yesterday afternoon to investigate the finding of a corpse in a dam reservoir. It turned out to be the body of A. N. d. S, 75 years old, better known as "S.M". He was a popsickle vendor. Information points out that he was hit by a vehicle and hurled into the reservoir. Video from a website that transmits images of the dam 24 hours a day caught the accident.  It is worth remembering that coincidentally a vehicle overturned in the same location the morning before, April 19th. The police are still investigating the case. The victim was last seen leaving his house on the 19th, at 5 a.m, going to the dam. Concerned family members tried to locate him after he didn't return. The victim was a well-known figure in the municipality since, for many years, he worked as a street vendor of popsicles. |
