No, she isn't. There were quite a few other folks around, however, who might have had such or worse intentions, particularly after he ran the girl over. Also, wrt the thread title, I wouldn't define what she was doing as "twerking". It looked more like an attempt at acrobatics. Still not a good idea to practice in the street, however.

But how else will I get to run them over Roger ? If I mount the kerb to chase them, it's considered an "act of terror" - but if they become accidental speed humps because they are thick-skulled dim-witted attention Ho's with a disrespect for darkened roadways, then I get off scott free !
