Improper steroid use fucks up your heart. And most of these big guys at the gym abuse steroids AND eat like like crazy trying to gain weight. Combine that with increased load on the heart from the sudden increase in muscle/weight and you get all these gym heart attack videos. Unless your living depends on it, it ain't worth using. |
