cop should have ran to the car as soon as the guy went back to the car. As soon as he saw a gun, should have shot him close range. hindsight i guess. i hate these horrible dash cam cop shot videos.

Cop was young . But even so even with all the civilian training available , a Vietnam combat vet is most likely going to excel in a firefight
