Decomposed Hanger Found in Toilet with Knife Stuck in His Chest
Central Java. Saturday morning a man was found hanging in the bathroom of a housing complex, already decomposing with a knife still stuck in his left chest. The exact cause of death of the victim, identified as F. A, 43, a resident Yogyakarta, remains unknown. According to a witness, he was returning home from work to wash his motorcycle when he smelled stinky beans. He then asked his son if he smelled stinky beans and the son replied that it wasn't stinky beans but the smell of a corpse. The witness then called the housing complex security and together they investigated the source of the foul odor. During the investigation, witnesses and housing security officers saw blood-tinged water in the gutter. Seeing something strange, residents together forced open the front door and entered each room. When they checked the toilet, they found the victim hanged and deceased. The victim had a rope around his neck and a kitchen knife stuck in his left chest. The victim is believed to have been dead for more than three days. After a crime scene investigation by the Police, the victim was evacuated to a Hospital for an autopsy. Police have not yet determined the cause of death, whether it was suicide or violence. |
