West Java. Last Friday the discovery of a decomposed hanged body stemmed from complaints from local residents who had been smelling a foul odor at the location for several days.

After investigating, they discovered the decomposed body who was hanged. To date, there has been no official statement from officials regarding the identity of the victim.
