I have to say, being from Seattle I'm definitely not a fan of the cops. But in this case this guy was a fucking moron. Put yourself in his (DeAndre's) place and think about what you would do. "I'm scared of dogs but I've got no problem with being shot to death." What? What the fuck kind of reasoning is that. This guy might have been mentally ill, which is sad. He was in no position to negotiate. He may not have deserved the brutal ending but he's the only person to blame. He also admitted to having killed someone. So whatever he'd done to bring the cops out might not have warranted the killing, but he did say he was wanted on a murder charge and believed he'd be found guilty in court. This guy was a moron, continually threatening to fire on the police. |

To all the people blaming the cops on here, imagine if you were a police officer in this situation with someone claiming to have a gun and is going to shoot. Would u call Dr Phil and have a conversation over a cup of tea about what's going on, or would u draw your weapon in fear for your life and tell him to put his gun down or he will get shot? I know what I would do. I feel bad for the dog though. He should not have been released
