Re: Deandre Brunston Vs LA County Sheriff Dept Video
The cops are pricks there, yes, but the guy deserved it, the cops told him COUNTLESS times to drop his "weapon". It's dark outside, vision is not the best, you do NOT under any circumstances give the bad guy the upper hand in this situation. For all the cops knew he could have had a grenade. I don't think they shot too many times, this all happened so fast, they are just protecting themselves making sure he's "really" dead so he can't pull a gun even after being shot. If you think about it, maybe the cop was was adjusting the grip on the leash when the dog got loose, he could have dropped the leash by accident while trying to get a better grip. When that happened, the bad guy "pulled something out" the cops thought it was a weapon of some kind, hence making him Swiss cheese. They did nothing wrong, they gave the guy many many chances to cooperate, he failed to do so, so he died. Case closed, who the fuck cares anymore, That place is a shit hole anyway. I do not blame the cops one bit for being that on edge and defensive, have you seen the kind of shit that goes on there? If he thought he was being mistreated, then he should have just taken it, went to jail, then filed a lawsuit and got a huge settlement out of it, but no, he decided to do something stupid instead. In other words, he deserved it, he did something stupid, he was being insubordinate. And no, I am not a racist. |

Re: Deandre Brunston Vs LA County Sheriff Dept Video
Great video. I have very little time for law enforcement. Why were the officers there? What law had the dead guy broken for the police to be called? Would the drunk lieutenent's decision been different if he was sober? Was he even drunk? Too many questions and not enough answers to make a satisfactory judgement on this. On the surface the police acted as responsibly as they could have. That is until after the shooting where it appeared the police dog was more important than the human being. Very interesting nonetheless. Thank you. |

Re: Deandre Brunston Vs LA County Sheriff Dept Video
All of the idiotic people defending that thug should just should up. He had more than enough time to quit trying to be a hard ass gangsta and surrender. Are these cops supposed to sit back and wait for him to open fire after he's said dozens of times "I"VE GOT A GUN AND I WILL OPEN FIRE ON YOU?" He wanted to die and he got his wish.

And about the dog.....They should have air lifted it to a Vet....that dog's life was more meaningful than the dead thug on the porch.
