I agree - the guy had every chance to surrender even with multiple warnings - what a stupid ass, he deserved to get shot. I actually more upset the dog got shot - poor pup. I am not sure though why they released the dog after they started shooting - that was just dumb.

Ok, I heard the suspect specifically say, after the cops told him to drop his weapon, the he "had 13 rounds" in his gun. Why didn't he just drop his weapon? If he was scared of the dogs, then fucking surrender. Quit trying to be gangster, then want a fucking ceremonial tribute when you die only because of the lifestyle choices YOU made. In other words...buck up. Sorry, but I hold no sorrow for stupidity. The cops did give him ample oppurtunity to surrender his weapon, and he CHOSE not to. It's much more sad the K-9 died in the line of fire
