Pretty Crazy The Driver Was Like Blasting Down The Street at Like 60 mph or more. What a fucken Idiot. That is a 5-lane artery road plus a wide median, in an urban setting. More likely the building was originally built with a wider setback, but city widened the road over time to carry more volume, reducing the setback to nothing.
