hmmm... from what i gather, most of the worst bike riders came from the states.... your law are just good at cleaning up fast so your moronic drivers' road splats don't get to the front pages often.... Best drivers i saw are from the Philippines.... the public transport in visayas region where 6-10 people rides a single 2 - wheeled motorcycle as means of PUBLIC transportation. very few gets accident in those transportation method through mountainous regions. The call it "Habal-habal".... i've ridden one of those and it was fun...
