Snopes is full of shit. They thought the "facepeel" urban legend is "undetermined" even though it's pretty much true. Vernon Geberth even mentioned the Snopes article in subsequent editions of his book.

It looks real, but wouldn't it's decaying body smell up the plane or bus or whatever? Doesn't seem very practical. Kill the baby hollow and stuff it, then find somebody that can stomach carrying it around without puking or looking nervous when they get searched. Obviously they got caught, if it's real. But who would even think that was a good idea.
