As a AEMT I'll tell you "legally" I'd have to work him even though he is pretty much dead there isn't anything else to do. I doubt he was Vtach or VFib probably PEA but I'm guessing lol. I also believe he was shot in the abdominal region. Sad though.

Sorry, I am from Germany and my English is under-educated and my grammar is bad.
However, is he really saying "Cuz"? I heard "curse" like a substitute for "fuck" ???.... .
I would understand "over some TVs, cuz" like a form of doubling the word (over+cuz) like in "ain't no", but at the beginning of the video, saying "cuz" would absolutely make no sense to me.
hmmmmm...could one of the present linguists help out?
