The "asian" looking guy is Boris Erdneev. His nationality is "Kalmyk". A lot of muslims live in that area.

In fact he can be seen and heard in the video asking to spare him due to his national background. He said "You guys respect Kalmyk people?!"

The animal behind camera goes "Yes we respect them"

The video does cut off in that part in full version as well.

One more question- who is the guy at the beginning and what is he saying [photo attached for reference]? Without the context provided by the dialogue I'm really confused about what his role is or what he is doing.
