Area was already surrounded and there was no chance to escape, on the right there was a river called AKSAY and in the other side of the river there were more chechens. You can even see the one when they one guy starts to run and they zoom the video.
Just think about it, you have to serve and go hoping you will return home after 2 years or something like that. Lower ranking soldiers like that guy in fake addidass they were not paid they were told to fight russians because they had to. Some were afraid of chechen commanders and thought if refused they families or them will be at risk. Some have lost family members in the first chechen war so they wanted vengeance. And there were some brainwashed ones who will do everything for the religion. I know facts that in the war torn Chechnya and even in Dagestan some teachers were secretly teaching children at school to become freedom fighters and join rebels and fight with anyone who is different. And it was easy because what they told and what children were seeing was war. Rich fucking bastards from Russian government with the help of others created these wars. It was proved that FSB with Putin was behind the bombings of buildings in Russia because have prevented some of these terror attacks. This was just a proof that history repeats itself but people not learning.
