Makes me wonder if the idiot would survive if he just goes up to the sidewalk instead of cycling where buses and cars would go...
Unfortunately for him, the lady and the dog were there sooner, therefore "force" him to just calmly cycling to his death
His head popped up like a baloon
A bike is considered a vehicle and it is allowed to use the street. Sidewalks are for Pedestrian traffic- walkers.
