Do you know that Brazil has is own driving laws? Thats a country with a lot of bikes and there are rules like: - Car/bus drivers must slow down and overtake far from bikers. - Bikers cant use sidewalks In this case, is the bus driver fault. In that country is common to ride bikes and that man probably had to ride one to go to work because he cant buy a car. In Europe society is evolving to use more bikes and public transportation because city looks better and cleaner with less cars. |
