Re: Crossing the Train Level Crossing in Front of Oncoming Train
India needs to do some serious overhauling of their train safety standards. I think I heard of an activist recently calling for swift and severe reform. They have an unusually high number of train accidents. Most the accidents are preventable. Kind of like China and their workplace safety standards need reform. Safety slows things down and makes doing business expensive. That’s why these countries have to slowly implement these standards or else they wouldn’t be able to compete. They have a large population and that makes them sorta expendable from the perspective of the governing eyes. |
