2009 - I was a kid back then, and "I Don't Care" by 2NE1 were up the charts in the country, just as the KPOP wave is starting to enter our soil. Every radio station played it, and it can be heard from clubs everywhere. 11 years later - now a young adult, and the song has a whole different meaning now. That's how a mother's love brought a new meaning for the song to the Filipinos. You can check the MV of it in YouTube and you will see why. |

Actually no. Many civilized countries are willfully disarmed. When you elect the right people, and pass the right laws, you dont walk around in fear and dont need guns. We have legalized marijuana and free healthcare in Canada. Not a single gun was needed to accomplish that. We were NOT attacked on 9/11..... yet our military budget is literally 1/25th of the size of america's. Strange eh? $800 billion dollar defense budget and America still had 9/11.... yet we have a $25 billion military budget and we are safe. We dont have anywhere close to the amount of guns as USA, yet we have a much more peaceful country, peaceful government, and we dont even have the death penalty. The primitive-minded conservatives function on fear and aggression, the progressives function using empathy, intelligence, dialogue, asking questions, LEARNING, SCIENCE, analyzing data, technology, and kinds of things that cavemen conservatives cant comprehend. |
