Hard hat? No one in Costa Rica or LATAM gives a shit about anything resembling OSHA standards of anything, at all, ever, anywhere, for any fucking reason. Daily, they die the dumbest of ways. After awhile you grow tired of caring. Best place to leave ever! I highly recommend never going there. Go to Mexico or Florida, both safer and cheaper too!
