Fuck him. I don't like to live with the stigma of, oh it's just a hammer you pussy, so what if it hits you! It could have taken an officers eye out, it could have killed one from a hit to the temple. You don't threaten someone with a fucking heavy sharp tool unless you intend serious harm. He got what was coming to him and for those who say, "They should have just tasered him!" I've seen tasers fail many more times than a firearm. That pedo took his chances, he gave no fucks and now he's one less sick freak we have to worry about.  |

He WAS police officer.  Now here guys, is one perfect example of an imperfect law enforcer. geez.... whatta language for a police officer. and the outburst... Oh my... a likely stuttering and nerve wracked arresting officer who would probably shoot a parking space overstayer if the driver happened to speak back.  although i doubt he really was one. even the worst of them do not speak like this |

On the one hand, yes, the cops used excessive force. On the other hand, for the love of god don't continue to hold any kind of weapon in your hand after a cop tells you to drop it.

You guys, excessive force is excessive force. Doesn't matter how abhorrent the individual is at the receiving end of it. This guy posed NO lethal threat to the officers. Go in stabilize, arrest, and let the judicial system do it's job. With this show of force, any recipient would be legally justified in using deadly force against the law officers, after they elevated it.
