Re: Cops Shoot and Kill Hammer Wielding Man in Ex-wife's Garage
What happened here is a murder. The police murdered this man plain and simple. They could have at least shot him in the leg or his arm if they wanted to shoot there guns. But they shot him 5 times and then actually handcuffed him |

Why carry Mace and Tazers when you pump half your mag into the triangle of death. All those shots were in fatal areas. In my opinion they were poorly trained got scared and over reacted. Then again my opinion down matter I don't make the rules. |

Re: Cops Shoot and Kill Hammer Wielding Man in Ex-wife's Garage
It seems a taser was drawn. All of the others had firearms drawn. The taser makes a "pop" sound when fired. Not as loud as a firearm per say, but in a situation where tension is high, that "pop" may be mistaken for gunfire and cause the officers with firearms to engage. There are several police shooting videos out there where this happens. Taser- followed by firing squad. Needless to say the dude was stupid for not complying in the first place. Just my thoughts

K. 99% of the time Im all cop. But I watched, watched, and re-watched the video. That guy didn't make one move or advance one inch. Cops ordered him to drop the hammer, he said no, so they plugged him. He didn't do anything but say no.
