Serious question for anyone who actually knows........is there anything non toxic that can be shot at a person that disables them immediately? Like a blow dart with anaesthesia (just an example....not a real suggestion).......With this case I can see why they shot......but it seems like there are some people who aren't altered by tazer's....is there anything fast acting that subdue a person?

Some people are evil and seek out destruction.....but I believe there are many who are misunderstood and if the situation could be de escalated.....somehow.....it could prevent a lot of this....maybe....

Lol that would be badass to watch Tyrone get shot with a blow gun haha. Maybe a big net haha

You're right, you'll never understand... Good luck hitting a fcking leg. Where's the bullet go if you miss? How many extra shots will it take, exactly potentially deadly to an innocent bystander? You hit someone in the thigh the chances of bleeding out are pretty good, far from non lethal. The leg shot will almost certainly not stop the threat, instead only enrage and make the situation much worse leading to unnecessary risk. That enough reasons?
