Cop Shoots and Kill a Bike Thief
A male suspect with a stolen motorcycle is killed by Military Police in front of the Military Police Battalion in eastern São Paulo The individual was fleeing from police with a stolen motorcycle when he was stopped by a police officer when he passed in front of a MP battalion. The PM gave a stop order that was disobeyed by the suspect who continued the escape. The Police officer fired two shots to try to stop the wounded man. He ordered the man to fet off the bike and lay on the ground. When he did so the thief was shot again. He died at the scene before the rescue team arrived. According to police, the police officer will be indicted for murder. |

Yeah, the original description of the scene seems a little bit odd. There would be no reason for seven police cars unless there was something bigger involved.

They could very well be all the cars that were chasing this dude. They finally converge when the chase comes to an end. But the guy should not have been shot. He was complying with the officer's orders, it appears to me. But perhaps he drew a gun. No way to know that until the investigation is complete. |

If people burned down a Wendy's every time a cop shot someone for no particular reason, there wouldn't be any Wendy's left. We'd all have to go eat at McDonalds.

Not when the ofgicer szid put your hands up and the biker instead looked like he was trying to get his bike ready to go...that is what many saw...its amazing how some people think they know everything without being there...i bet you even believe those video clips that show poor citizens getting shot while leaving out that part of the viddo where the person shot is blocking the gun aimed at the shooter...yea...amazing |
