I totally agree. Every once in a while I come back to this video and I get more appalled each time. Once he starts pulling on his skin on his stomach (with enough strength to lift it inches, no less!) is sometimes as far as I can go.

That would be miserable, laying there while everyone takes pictures and hearing the cars go bye honking. He keeps reaching down because it's probably feeling weird there, the pain centers would be flooded with endorphins and explains why he's not screaming. soon he would pass out from blood loss. Death would follow.
