It's called shock people. When the body redieves trauma of that magnitude it shuts down the nervous system to preserve it's own ability to continue to function. Unfortunately it also starts to shut down circulatory functions to preserve itself as well. This man feels nothing more than itching and euphoria. I am quite sure his brain is flooded with endorphins and he probably feels like he's floating. Oddly enough depending on the amount of internal injury to the abdomen ha could actually survive with good medical treatment.

Five minutes and there isn't an ambulance there to help the poor guy? No one even try's to help him. They are only taking pictures and video... Instead of pulling out camera's people should have pulled out their phones and called for help... |

it's terrible that no one will take the time to comfort him in his last few minutes of life... does anyone else notice how he keeps picking pieces off his belly and flicking them away?? |

HOLYSHITBALLSBATMAN! It's one of the craziest vids I've ever seen, I kept thinking "why don't they help him!?", like a lot of you did too. If something like this ever happens to me I'd beg someone to blow my brains out. |

I just love this site, no holds bared. no way is dat fake, u can tell by d way he lifts his body up, then his head,he's not screamin out because he is in shock, d lack of blood to his brain is wots makin im seem confused,his brain is shut-in down, just fink of him d next time u fuss over a cut finger.  |
