hate to say it but repost i posted that yesterday the whole thing is under guy cut and half and hes still alive or talking or something rather. the whole time he is just saying he wants to die and shit and how can he live like this he later dies in the ambulance. still radical though.

happened alot in my country (VietNam) , where ppl use lot of motobike and bicycle ride alog with big trucks on busy traffic, but this is the first time i ve seen one still live like this,, this guy is a traffic cop, he tried to stop a truck from being pass the check point , somehow the truck dont stop and....As you can see lot of ppl standing around and no one help or either call Emergency,, the poor guy keep waiving his hand and saying: help me plz!!! This is how ppl live in such a communist country!
