omg! most impressive "I did not see that at first!" you're so right! he was just standing there "minding his business" until the guy was about to leave, he started talking to him to make him stay longer then he carefully watched....then the way he reacted seems like he braced himself as though he knew it was coming and wanted to appear more shocked.

Yellow shirt guy to the left def seems like an accomplice. Even appears to be running off in same direction as shooter, and looked like he ID'd target and distracted him too
