I remember this one. I also see a lot of sloppy work on the Constable's part. If you have three suspects, place a few in the car or at least cuff them on the side of the road before you start poking around things. Did he deserve it? No. Was is preventable? IMHO, yes.

This video changed a lot of police procedures, across the country. You never see a cop do this kind of stuff without back up anymore.
