The truck hit the curb and at the bus stop there were several people and motorcycle taxis. Three people died. I have seen people whose feet have been amputated, others have been sent to a health center. The driver was protected by the police, a witness told.

This is not the first case of an accident at this location. In February 2020, another heavy truck had killed at least 14 people under the same conditions.

Instructions for recording an accident scene:

First of all, please understand you are in the presence of a rare occurrence, it is highly likely you will never have the opportunity to witness a live accident ever again in your life.
Having said that, please memorize the following steps.

1.- Walk until you are standing behind the crowd of onlookers.
2.- Turn on your phone, if it was on, please turn it off before turning it on again.
3.- Launch the camcorder application. (It is highly recommended you fumble around a bit to lose precious time and thus the best scenes.)
4. Start walking in the direction of the accident but make sure you keep pointing the camera lens in every other direction as long as you avoid pointing it where the victims are, you can spice things up by adding camera shake as in the latest Hollywood movies.
5.- When you have the bloodied victims in view make sure you pan the camera around the accident scene to capture the sky, trees, houses, vehicles and other people present at the scene, don't forget to add some long shots of the ground too.
6.- take a very, EXTREMELY brief shot of the victims, then pan around the scene trying your best to keep the victim(s)'s bodies outside the video frame.
7.- Take long shots of the backs of the onlookers or even better position yourself behind them and take long shots of their backs and butts.
8.- Finally staying in that location try to record your video from behind them so their movements make it very difficult for you to get clear shots of the victims.
9.- Keep panning the camera around to get shot of no interest at all.
10.- If you are recording someone hanging from a ledge or attempting to jump from a building avoid keeping the camera trained on them, pan around all over the place and get back to the subject as soon as he(she) jumps or falls so you just get a blur then take your time and wait until you hear the thud against the ground then, and only then lower the camera to get the gory scene inside the video frame.
