Conflict Among Family Members. "I KILLED IN ORDER NOT TO DIE"
Conflict between family members in Beyoğlu - Istanbul  In the armed fight between two related groups in Beyoğlu, Istanbul, 3 people lost their lives and 3 people were injured. One of the injured could not be saved in the hospital where he was treated. The death toll rose to 4. Meanwhile, the suspect confessed to the murders and said in his statement at the police station that he "killed in order not to die". According to the information received, an argument broke out between the couple after E.B.G. inflicted violence on his wife H.G. in Ornektepe district. After the argument, H.G. went to her father's house, where her uncle M.A. also lived in the same building. Then, when M.A. and E.B.G. were discussing the family issue on the phone, G. took B.G., his cousin and went to H.G.'s house. Here a verbal argument started between the parties. At that time, the parents of M.A. and H.G. also arrived on the scene. Seeing the parties fighting in front of the building, H.G. shot his wife, M.A., in the foot with a pistol. M.A.'s nephews, B.A., I.A., were also wounded by bullets fired from H.G.'s gun. M.A. then shot and killed his wife H.G., his son-in-law E.B.G. and B.G. While M.A., who was wounded in the incident, was arrested, B.A. could not be saved in the hospital to which he was taken. Treatment continues for I.A., who it was learned is not life-threatening.  "I KILLED IN ORDER NOT TO DIE" According to M.A., who confessed to the murders during his interrogation at the police station, said in his statement: "We met to calm the fights. However, when they went to the place where the youths were fighting, my son-in-law started shooting. When I saw my relatives being shot, I took out my licensed gun and started shooting, thinking that it would kill me too. I killed 3 people. But I killed so I wouldn't die.  |

So he's saying someone else had a gun too? He then shoots multiple people, 1 at least multiple times in the head/back. Then claims self defense?   |

Thank God there was an orchestra nearby to play throughout the ordeal. It really added a dramatic effect. Did the family arrange that ahead of time, or was it just a coincidence?  |
